It finally rained this weekend!!! Central Texas desperately needs rain. So we were happy when the storms arrived this weekend. We had to run a few errands and headed out to the mall. We used a gift card and ate lunch at California Pizza Kitchen. Their cobb salad is super yummy! Afterwards the kids noticed PBS kids Maya & Miguel were greeting kids in the mall. So we went over to say hello.
James got some birthday money so we took him to Build-a-Bear workshop and he picked out a Longhorn to make.

My work treated all the employees and a guest to a dinner boat cruise on Lady Bird Lake to do some bat watching of the bats under Congress bridge. So Stephen and I got a date night out. It was a fun evening. This is us after the dinner cruise at the Hyatt hotel on Lady Bird Lake.
