Turkey Feast School Lunch

Today Madeline's school was hosting a Turkey Feast. All the students were able to invite their families to come eat lunch with them. The cafeteria served turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans and pumpkin pie. Stephen, James and I went and met Madeline. It was fun getting to eat lunch with her.

The PTA did a great job putting this luncheon on. They charged $3 per person - that's a pretty inexpensive lunch. James enjoyed being at sissy's school and eating in the cafeteria!

We sat with 2 other little girls and 2 boys in her class, their families were not able to make it. Madeline loves all her new school friends.

The cafeteria ladies loved James, so they gave him this special turkey hat. Here are Madeline and James in the school hallway on the way back to Madeline's class.

We passed by the wall of honor near the library. Madeline posing in front of veteran postings of her Opa and Poppi. :)
