Some of you have asked me about my new job and what it is I am doing now. So I thought I'd share a couple of pictures from the Studio where I work and tell you about what it is I do. :)
My title is, Design Studio Coordinator, and I basically coordinate for the Studio director and design consultants. There is 4 of them total, they are close knit, super nice and fun to work with. While they are busy in appointments I also help buyers and potential buyers who come in to browse colors and products. In my previous architectural job in California I worked on exterior color selection, which is something we do here at the studio but we also deal with all of the interior as well! There are so many choices, and each new homeowner does really get that "custom built" experience.
I love learning from the design consultants and helping eager and excited home-buyers! Buying a home is definitely one of those monumental moments in your life next to getting married and giving birth to your children - so I feel fortunate that I am apart of that with this company and these home-buyers. Thanks everyone for all of your support and encouragement into this new job transition!
