People Want To Be Loved

The kids and I have our few favorite songs we like to rock out to in the car, I have them on my iPod so we like to play them over and over again. One of them is "All Around the World" by Justin Bieber. Check out the lyric video here and learn the lyrics! We love to sing along and the kids do these robot dance moves while sitting in the car when the techno parts of the song come on. :) I've gotta get that on video one of these days.

Some of you may recognize this song, it was widely used (video highlights, commercials and at the stadium shows) in the Olympics this summer. Justin even performed it there in London at the Olympics. It's just got a good vibe and positive thoughts. "All around the world people want to be loved All around the world, they're no different than us... Cause hate may win some battles but love wins in the end..."

Speaking of positive thoughts...

 

Just had to share these positive notes from the kid's teachers. James almost had to be moved to a new class last week due to over enrollment of kindergartners at the school, I was so bummed because he really liked his teacher and finally after 2 weeks of school he was gaining confidence and feeling comfortable there. Well thankfully it turned out he got to remain in his same class. Madeline loves her new teacher too and is already starting the school year off great!
