Penny Lane is 9 months old now. She doesn't look so much like a puppy anymore, but she's still our Penny Girl.
Penny has a real sweet tempermant. She'll always greet you with her whipping wagging tail and roll over for a belly rub. My parents really like her and enjoyed their time visiting with her too. They took her on walks around the neighborhood with James while Madeline was in school. And played fetch with her in the backyard.
According to the dog year calculator Penny is already almost 8 human years old! So she's techinically older than Madeline and James now! LOL She took her first full submersion swim at the San Marcos river on Tuesday, lets just say she wanted OUT just as soon as she got in. Looking forward to celebrating her 1st birthday in 2 1/2 months, we'll have to get her a birthday hat and a delictable bone. ;)

That's pretty cute that you will celebrate Penny's birthday, I bet the kids will love it! My niece insists that they celebrate their dogs birthday, they even made a cake, put a candle on it and sang happy birthday to her for her last birthday, lol!
