So we're buying our first home! We signed the contract for it last Friday and are starting escrow and the loan process. It's been real stressful and nerve wrecking, but exciting as well. With our trustworthy hope in our Lord we can be sure that this process will go how it's supposed to. We also need to find a new renter to takeover our lease for the rental home we are in, praying we can find someone right away. Been meditating on thise verse:
For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11
So please keep our family in your prayers, we really appreciate all the thoughtful comments and encouragement from everyone!

What a great verse! You will be taken care of. Things always work out for the best. I can't wait to be buying a home too.
How exciting! Congratulations! I'm sure everything will work out with finding new renters. I bet it will be sooo nice to be in your OWN home soon!!!
