111 Years Ago

On this day 111 years ago this man was born, if that never happened - we would never have a Disney World dream vacation to look forward to!!! (see countdown ticker at the top of my blog) Thank goodness Walt was a dreamer, an entrepreneur...

I have many, many fond memories of trips to Disneyland (I grew up 30 min away from that park). My parents also took us to Orlando and Disney World.

When Madeline was 1 1/2 Nana & Poppi took her to Disneyland in 2005.

And in 2008 when James was 1 1/2 we went to Disneyland with all of the cousins.

So both Madeline and James were pretty young when they experienced the Disney wonder. I'm super excited for them to experience it at 9 and 6. They are going to have a blast! Their cousins Nathan, Kiara and Alex are meeting us there so this will be a really special vacation. Can't wait! Less than 200 days to go!
