Last of the vacation syrup!

On the last day that family was in town we took them tubing (again for David's family but they loved it) along the San Marcos. Here are Maureen and Eric relaxing and enjoying the river float.

Kiara, Armilyn and Nathan. The trees and plants along the river were so green and pretty.

That's our floating ice cooler I borrowed from a co-worker. It was awesome. Just floating and drinking down the river.

James and I were observing Armilyn and David trying to switch tubes...they almost did it with no hitches until David fell all the way into the river!

Alex and Kiara had fun sitting in the boat raft. The kids did pretty well on this excursion!

Madeline preferred swimming in the river (with her life vest) the entire time!

We connected our tubes by sticking our pool noodles in our tube handles.

There's a few really cool river homes along the float.

Towards the end of the river there's a few rope swings. We convinced Eric to swing on one. Do you see him?

Nathan contemplating on swinging on one of the smaller ones...it took some coaxing but he finally did it and really liked it!

Armilyn and Maureen were great at keeping all the kids together.

It was a great way to spend our last day together. :)

Later that evening we went to Saltgrass Steakhouse for our last dinner together. Armilyn and David love getting sweet tea her in Texas, actually so do I!

Kiara is such a cutie.

Okay so how bad do you feel for Alex and James!? Peeee-eeeewwww how do those armpits smell?

Surprise Maureen, we're celebrating your birthday early!

Maureen, Eric and Nathan after we sang Happy Birthday. Luckily Maureen shared her yummy cheesecake with all of us.

Why is it that kids can never sit still long enough to get a good pic?

I thought this is a great shot of the Tengbergen Ohana.

I think David and Armilyn really enjoyed their vacation here in Austin....now I know they took a ton of photos....still waiting for them to upload them to their blog! :)
