So our entire Ohana has caught a cold. We've all got sore throats, congested sinuses, it's the pits. I thought I'd bake some comfort food today. I looked online for a simple Sugar Cookie recipe and found this one. Heck what wouldn't taste good with 1 cup of butter in the ingredients!?

My first batch out of the oven came all smooshed (I placed them too close together on the baking sheet). But my batches afterwards turned out round. I sprinkled them with colored sugar and some with chocolate mint sprinkles. They came out super yummy! I recommend the recipe!

Those cookies look so great! haha.. me, my older brother & sister used to lick all the bowls whenever my mom or great grandmother made cookies/cakes and things. Those are such great memories. Your kids are never gonna forget it!!! :o)
