Daily Inspirations

I've been reading these "Daily Inspirations" from Beliefnet for years now! I find great inspiration in many of them. Wanted to post a few recent ones I've read...

  • One must care about a world one will never see. Bertrand Russell
  • Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. Albert Schweitzer
  • To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly. Henri Bergson
  • Joy is the simplest form of gratitude. Karl Barth
  • Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of. Anonymous
  • Hearing is one of the body's five senses. But listening is an art. Frank Tyger
  • The best portion of a good man's life: his little, nameless unremembered acts of kindness and love. William Wordsworth
  • People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing that's why we recommend it daily. Zig Ziglar
  • Do not ask the Lord to guide your footsteps, if you are not willing to move your feet. Anonymous
  • God has two dwellings; one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart. Izaak Walton
  • Patience is also a form of action. Auguste Rodin
  • Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending. Carl Bard
