Okay so maybe we're not eating grits, or turnip and collard greens...but we do know that "fixin" can be used as a noun, a verb, or an adverb AND we've got a front porch with some rocking chairs! :) While mom and dad Spence were out here in Texas for a housewarming gift they bought us these beautiful rocking chairs and chair pad covers as well as a lovely potted plant to go with them.
It'll be nice to rock in these everyday as we wait for Madeline's bus to stop at our corner.
Jimmy-James is liking the new rockers.
Can't have a front porch with rocking chairs and not have a hound dog to sit at your feet. :)
